ABOUT TOWN CREEK

Town Creek is a new 65 acre addition to Historic Downtown New Braunfels, a Central Texas town nestled between Austin and San Antonio on the edge of the Texas Hill Country.

The site is located directly on the banks of Comal Creek, very near its confluence with the Comal River in Landa Park, and within an easy walk to Historic Downtown New Braunfels’ shops, restaurants, and museums.

The Town Creek development will add beautiful residences, offices, restaurants, neighborhood retail and parkland to the area.
